Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SLAPP. A Telegram account is required for authentication. By using SLAPP, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The Service

SLAPP provides AI-powered sticker creation tools, sticker pack management, and the ability to tokenize sticker packs via third-party infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of stickers and packs you create using SLAPP.
• By using the service, you grant SLAPP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• SLAPP is not responsible for how third parties use, share, or distribute packs created on the platform once they are published or shared publicly.

4. Tokenization & Third-Party Launches

This section contains important disclaimers. Please read carefully.

• Token launches on SLAPP are facilitated through bags.fm, a third-party launchpad on the Solana blockchain. SLAPP does not operate, control, or manage bags.fm or any blockchain network.
• SLAPP is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or exchange. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice.
• SLAPP takes no responsibility for: token performance, token value, token liquidity, trading losses, or any financial outcome related to tokens launched via the platform.
• Tokens created through SLAPP are speculative digital assets with inherent risk. Their value may go to zero. You may lose your entire investment.
• Users launch tokens entirely at their own risk. SLAPP does not endorse, guarantee, promote, or control any token launched via the platform.
• SLAPP does not guarantee that any token will be listed on any exchange, maintain any level of liquidity, or have any value whatsoever.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax obligations, and financial regulations.
• By launching a token through SLAPP, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your actions.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use SLAPP to:

• Create hateful, violent, or illegal content
• Impersonate other individuals, brands, or entities
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or automated tools to manipulate the platform
• Engage in securities fraud, market manipulation, or any form of financial deception
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

6. Credits & Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate stickers.
• Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion. Contact us for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

7. Disclaimers

SLAPP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated output
• The value, performance, or liquidity of any token launched via the platform
• That sticker packs will not be used by third parties in ways you did not intend
• The availability or performance of third-party services (Telegram, Stripe, bags.fm, Solana)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLAPP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of tokens or digital assets, trading losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, token launches, third-party services, or service interruptions — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLAPP and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, tokens you launch, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of SLAPP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
